Ember Moon really hasn't been used to her full potential by WWE since her arrival on the main roster and there's no even more bad news for her. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, she's suffering from an injury either to her ankle or Achilles.

While it's unclear which is is right now, an ankle injury could take months to heal, while an achilles injury would mean that she would be gone from WWE for at least a year.

This isn't the first time "The War Goddess" has been injured this year as she underwent elbow surgery immediately after this year's Royal Rumble. While she challenged Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship at SummerSlam, the match received poor reviews and she hasn't been used much since.

The last time Moon was in action was against Lacey Evans on RAW this past September.
