Here's What Happened After SMACKDOWN LIVE Went Off The Air Last Night

As per usual, this week's SmackDown Live featured a dark main event after that and 205 Live went off the air. Surprisingly, it was a Women's Tag Team Championship match pitting The IIconics against Asuka and Kairi Sane (it's surprising because WWE has been burying the titles for months now).

They picked up the win via disqualification and it appears as if this may have been WWE's way of testing the waters for a match between the two teams at a future PPV.

The IIconics won the titles at WrestleMania when they defeated Bayley and Sasha Banks, Beth Phoenix and Natalya, and Nia Jax and Tamina. Since then, they've only won a single match and that was against a pair of jobbers so it doesn't seem as if the company is taking them particularly seriously.

What do you guys think?
