Viewers were left somewhat perplexed by a segment that aired on Raw last night which saw a partially-clothed Alexa Bliss interrupted by a crew member while she was changing. It was all innocuous enough, but the whole thing was completely pointless and didn't tie into anyone's storylines in any way.

Now, Dave Meltzer has offered an explanation for the Attitude Era-style bit, and, as we suspected, WWE seems to have ran with it solely for a bit of a ratings boost and to get people talking.

So, job done... I guess?

To be honest, I have no problem with WWE getting a bit raunchier/edgier - as long as it doesn't overstep the line and set the women's evolution back - but at least have it make a modicum of sense.

At any rate, you can check out the segment below in case you missed it last night.
