During last night's SmackDown Live, Kevin Owens vowed to become the "King of the Ring" but his enthusiasm for that tournament was cut short when Shane McMahon decided to fine him $100,000. Check it out...

Last night's SmackDown Live opened with Kevin Owens cutting a promo on Shane McMahon after defeating him at SummerSlam and he went on to say that he's now moving on and setting his sights on the upcoming King of the Ring tournament. 

Well, that didn't last very long because Shane soon made his presence felt and said that because Owens attacked "special enforcer/referee" Elias at the PPV, he's being fined $100,000.

An irate Owens chased McMahon backstage and threw a stool through a TV in McMahon's locker room before it was announced that he would be facing Samoa Joe later that night. While the former Universal Champion had him beat, "special enforcer" Elias pulled the ref out of the ring and counted a quick 1-2-3 when Joe rolled Owens up.
