Kofi Kingston is still WWE Champion after fending off a relentless attack from Kevin Owens during their Money in the Bank title match.

KO felt very confident heading into the match after seemingly getting inside Kofi's head by first befriending and joining The New Day, then betraying them and inserting himself into the title picture. Many fans figured he'd prevail, too, but despite coming close on a number of occasions, Kofi was ultimately able to hit him with Trouble in Paradise and retain.

Who will emerge as the new No. 1 contender? Well, the Men's MITB briefcase was won by a Raw Superstar (more on that later), so expect this feud to continue for a while longer.
