There are a lot of very exciting possibilities for who could end up being Kurt Angle's first WWE opponent, but a new report from Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter may have revealed who exactly that will be. It's a name we probably should have guessed too as it's said that it will be Triple H who squares off with the current RAW General Manager.
The two have quite the history in WWE and given their ties to Stephanie McMahon and the current blackmail storyline taking place, The Game does make a lot of sense.
Excitingly, it's said the match could happen as soon as SummerSlam, a show the company hopes to make as huge as possible. This comeback match would certainly help with that, and while the bout hasn't been confirmed, several people in WWE reportedly believe that it's happening and that Kurt Angle vs. Triple H is pretty much a lock for the Brooklyn-based event.
