Thanks to TMZ, we now have some more details about Jeff Hardy's arrest on Saturday. According to the police report, the WWE Superstar was found passed out in a public stairwell and stunk of alcohol before he was arrested. He later admitted to drinking vodka before being found unconscious by police.

Hardy is lucky that he won't face a misdemeanour charge for public intoxication and after paying a $153 ticket, the case is now considered closed.

There's a chance he could wind up in court to fight the ticket but that seems highly unlikely and both he and WWE more than likely just want to move on from this now. Whether it will have an impact on his wrestling career is hard to say but Jeff has been battling substance abuse issues for years now and is currently out rehabbing a knee injury.

We'll be sure to keep you guys updated if we hear more.
