R-Truth had a close call today while on his way to a WWE Live event as he was pulled over by the police for what quickly proved to be a very different sort of traffic stop. The cop claimed to be a huge fan of the 15-time 24/7 Champion and asked him to step out of the car so they could take a picture.

However, it was then that a referee appeared and the officer then rolled up Truth for a two count. 
 
It's a great use of the title and proof that while its introduction was botched, it was a good idea on WWE's part and something that's provided a lot of entertainment. Check out what happened to Truth during thus unexpected traffic stop in the player below:
