RAW Superstar Sheamus Was NOT Happy With Where He Was Placed In The WWE Draft

The WWE Draft rubbed a lot of Superstars up the wrong way and now it's Sheamus who is venting his frustrations with where he was placed when he was added to the RAW roster. In fact, he think it was "bullsh*t."

A lot of wrestlers were unhappy with where they placed in the WWE Draft but someone had to be last! Unfortunately, that was Sheamus last year when he was drafted to RAW and as you can probably imagine, he wasn't best pleased with being placed there so soon after being the WWE Champion.

Things have improved for Sheamus since then as he's found great success with Cesaro as his tag team partner following their series of singles matches, and in a recent chat with Chris Jericho on his podcast, the current WWE RAW Tag Team Champion revealed why he felt their placement was "bullsh*t."

"It started with the draft, mate. It all started with the draft, after the draft. Well, it was weird because, like, what happened was Cesaro came back from the injury on fire, right? And I’m not just saying this because you’re here, but, like, to me, it was the most innovative comeback, the most exciting comeback. He came back on fire. I was coming off of that League Of Nations thing after being world champ. And then, we did the draft and we were the second last and last pick [for RAW] and I remember sitting there as the draft is going on, thinking ‘am I even going to be drafted on TV? This is absolute bulls–t!'"

It's easy to see where Sheamus is coming from, especially as being last put him in such a poor light following his (admittedly short-lived) main event run. Of course, both he and Cesaro have proven WWE and their doubters wrong since as one of the company's most consistently entertaining tag teams!
