WWE has confirmed that Ruby Riott sustained a knee injury at a WWE Live event over the weekend. She was absent from last night's episode of RAW (Liv Morgan took on Ember Moon in singles competition) and reportedly got an MRI done on Monday afternoon to find out the severity of the injury and to establish how long the Riott Squad leader is likely to end up being out of action for.

With any luck, she's not hurt too badly because it would be a great shame for Ruby to be put on the shelf for a number of months, especially as the faction is starting to find its footing on RAW now.

The injury occurred during a match with Dana Brooke in North Dakota. No details on how it happened have been revealed but we will, of course, let you know of any updates as and when we have them. Are you a fan of the
Riott Squad? Share your thoughts on that in the comments section down below.
