Sean Waltman Has Some Thoughts On Why Dolph Ziggler Should Defeat Goldberg At SUMMERSLAM

Following Goldberg's loss to The Undertaker at Super ShowDown, the WCW legend is set to make his return to WWE this Sunday when he faces Dolph Ziggler at SummerSlam. Should the Hall of Famer take another loss?

Dolph Ziggler will battle WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg this Sunday at SummerSlam but should the Showoff pick up a win over the WCW legend? Well, on the latest edition of his podcast, Sean Waltman argued that it would be for the best for Ziggler to get the 1-2-3 at the PPV.

"Goldberg got a good reaction coming out, so that's a good sign. That means this very well may work as designed," he noted. "It'll be really good, as long as people dig it. I would like to see Dolph win this. I think that would be a good gesture. Since this is a work and everything, and one shouldn't have too big of an ego, maybe it would be good to give back to the business and leave Dolph better off than when he started this."

It would certainly do Ziggler a lot of favours if he were to win but you have to believe Goldberg would like to pick up a win after how things played out at Super ShowDown (where he concussed himself and very nearly injured a clearly very annoyed Undertaker).

It's common for wrestlers who are retiring to do the honours for their opponent but we don't know how much gas Goldberg has left in the tank at this point. What do you guys think?
