Seth Rollins is currently attempting to reunite with Dean Ambrose in what looks to be the beginning stages of a reunion for The Shield but it probably won't surprise you to learn that the Kingslayer already has his sights set on next year's WrestleMania. While there are any number of opponents he could face there, Rollins wants one of the biggest names to ever grace WWE.
"Obviously ‘Rocky’ is a little busy these days doing some Hollywood things, making movies, doing TV shows, all sorts of good stuff,” Rollins said. “If the opportunity came about I’d have no problem taking on The Rock at WrestleMania, sounds like a good time to me.”
“I’m in the prime of my career right now. The Rock’s past his prime, he’s had his days, he’s an old man at this point in time,” he added. “I’m young, youthful, and vibrant. I’m ready to go."
That's fighting talk right there, and while it's unlikely to come to much given how bust Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is in Hollywood, a match between these two would definitely be interesting. Rollins has a very different sort of style to The Rock but we all know that he's capable of delivering no matter whois opponent is so this would be a fun clash.
It's possible that these two could cross paths at some point but it would probably be wise not to get too excited for that in the meantime. Then again, we all know what happened when John Cena called The Rock out a few years ago...
