Despite getting way over with the fans, Rusev has yet to receive a significant push on SmackDown LIVE. In fact, prior to this past Tuesday's show he hadn't even appeared on TV for weeks.
It's possible WWE does have bigger plans for Rusev at some point, but for now, The Bulgarian Brute is not too happy that John Cena can just waltz onto SmackDown and immediately enter the title picture:
Rusev is in character here, of course - but that doesn't mean his frustration isn't real.
Hopefully the powers that be begin listening to SmackDown fans more, because The Blue Brand has gone way down hill recently.
