After recently "un-retiring" and returning to the company in an undisclosed capacity as part of its board of directors, Vince McMahon is officially a WWE employee again.

According to a new SEC filing (via Fightful), McMahon entered into an employment agreement with WWE, effective as of March 29, 2023. The agreement is retroactive to January 9, 2023, which is the date he was appointed Executive Chairman.

He will serve in this position for a two-year term.

The controversial mogul retired as WWE CEO last July amid sexual misconduct and hush money allegations, but he returned to the Board of Directors earlier this year.

Vince is still a controlling shareholder of the company, and claimed that his return had to do with the upcoming media rights negotiations. However, many believe that he does still intend to (or already has) contribute to creative.

McMahon has been confirmed to be a part of WrestleMania this weekend, so perhaps we'll get a better idea of what to expect from his new role in the company when he power-walks out to the ring!
