WWE has announced a new pay-per-view event which may replace Backlash moving forward: Stomping Grounds.

The Tacoma Dome posted a video today, revealing that WWE will hold the event in the venue on Sunday, June 23 titled. WWE later confirmed the news with the following poster.



So far, the only match to be announced is Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton, but even that is likely subject to change.

Still, It'll definitely be worth keeping an eye on SmackDown LIVE tomorrow night to see if an angle involving these top Superstars is teased.
