Hulk Hogan has become well-known for sharing his controversial and occasionally far-fetched opinions, but the WWE Hall of Famer ended up unexpectedly trending on social media recently after dropping a divisive take on Facebook. It started when a user commented on a video tribute to the late Bob Saget, sharing speculation that his recent death was a result of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Bizarrely, Hogan chose to respond to that random commenter by saying, "100% Betty and Sidney were also [jabbed] their dropping like flies but they’ll never say it."
The comment was later edited by Hogan and then deleted altogether, but this has caused quite a bit of backlash online. The WWE and WCW legend is, of course, entitled to his own opinion, though to suggest that these deaths were caused by the COVID vaccine is bold to say the least.
There's been nothing to suggest Saget, Betty White, or Sidney Poitier died as a result of taking the vaccine, though it is surprising that Hogan appears to be anti-vax when he's reportedly been dealing with his own health issues lately. It's possible those are tied to long COVID if he's had the virus, but that's pure speculation on our part and not confirmed in any way.
