During Monday's episode of RAW, fans in attendance learned that the WWE TLC PPV in October had been switched for a RAW/SmackDown Live Supershow. As a result, it was widely assumed that WWE had scrapped the event due to the fact they're heading to Australia that month for the Super Show-Down which will be headlined by a "final" battle between Triple H and The Undertaker.
With that set to air on the WWE Network, it does indeed appear as if the company decided that two in one month was one PPV too many because TLC is now set to take place on December 16th.
That was the date Clash of Champions was originally set for but it seems that event won't be happening in 2018. It was, of course, inevitable that some PPVs would be casualties because WWE is no longer putting on two of them a month now that RAW and SmackDown Live Superstars all compete on the same shows.
