Many look back on The Attitude Era as the greatest time to be a WWE fan, but the era that followed tends to get overlooked.

In the early noughties, the period of time which came to be known as Ruthless Aggression saw the debuts of John Cena, Randy Orton, Brock Lesnar and more, and successfully established the likes of Eddie Guerrero, Edge and Rey Mysterio as main event stars.

To coincide with the new Ruthless Aggression docu-series that's set to premiere on the WWE Network tomorrow night (you can also check out the trailer for that below), WWE has shared some pretty awesome photos from he era featuring candid backstage shots of some of the best and brightest stars of the company at the time.
