The Inner Circle put Jon Moxley through a table to close out this week's episode of AEW Dynamite, and seemingly gave a big "F you" to The Shield in the process.
Chris Jericho opened the show by telling Mox that if he was able to walk out of the arena of his own volition after their tag-team match, then he'd take a 60-day leave of absence from AEW. Well, The Painmaker made good on his promise by having his pals attack Moxley before the match and leave him laying.
The AEW Champion did make his way to the ring once Jericho and Sammy Guevara had beaten a game Darby Allin, but that's when he would up being put power-bombed through a table from the stage. Afterwards, The Inner Circle made a very Shield-like gesture while giving Mox the finger.
There were rumors doing the rounds that Jericho might be planning to leave for a while to tour with his band Fozzy, but it doesn't look like that's going to be the case.
