Former UFC Heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez will be a part of TripleMania!

At a press conference for the big event, Lucha Libre AAA announced that Velasquez will participate at the huge show on Aug. 3. A opponent has yet to be named, but the promotion teased potential match-ups against main event stars such as Psycho Clown, Pentagon Jr, and Texano.

Velasquez has shown interest in transitioning into professional wrestling in the future as the former UFC Heavyweight champion stated during an interview back in February that he would up for a career in WWE. Velasquez is highly skilled as an amateur wrestler; however, should the UFC fighter enter the squared circle at TripleMania, it will be his first professional wrestling match.
