Former WWE Superstar Jazz Is Forced To Vacate The NWA Women's Championship

Surprising news for fans of the National Wrestling Alliance, as the NWA Women’s champion Jazz has vacated the title.

The company made the announcement earlier today without any explanation as to why the former WWE star was handing over the belt. However, NWA did state that her original opponent, Allysin Kay (former TNA star Sienna) will still compete for the gold at the Crockett Cup event. Her opponent will be determined later on this week.

Jazz held onto the belt for 948 days; She captured the championship on September 16, 2016, defeating Amber Gallows. The now former NWA Women’s champion addressed why she had to vacate the title, citing personal and health issues as the reason.
