Bringing an end to what has been praised as one of the best feuds of 2019, Minoru Suzuki managed to defeat Jushin "Thunder" Liger at NJPW King of Pro Wrestling after a brutal encounter.

These legends have been at each other's throats for a while now, with Suzuki taking exception to Liger's decision to retire. Most recently, Liger's depraved alter-ego Kishin Liger took over and seemed to have Minoru running scared, but he did not have to face that aspect of Jushin's personality today, and was ultimately able to prevail and finish off his opponent with a Gotch-style Piledriver.

After the match, Suzuki grabbed a chair and looked like he was going to attack his fellow legend, instead deciding to toss the weapon and offer a rare sign of respect by kneeling in the ring.

Will this really be Jushin Liger's final match? He has "retired" before, but we have been led to believe that this really is the end of the line.
