MLW World Champion Tom Lawlor Set To Fight The CONTRA UNIT During The MLW: FURY ROAD Tapings

Coming off his huge victory over Jimmy Havoc, MLW World champion “Filthy” Tom Lawlor has to deal with another huge problem facing Major League Wrestling.

Since making their debut earlier this year, the CONTRA Unit has caused quite the commotion within the MLW promotion. The group originally made their debut by violently attacking the MLW World champion back in Chicago, and have been a dangerous force within the company since then.

The self-pro-claimed “global dealers in violence” have a chance to take out Lawlor on June 1st as “Filthy” and a mystery partner (or partners) will fight CONTRA Unit at the MLW: Fury Road 2019 tapings at the Waukesha County Expo Center on Saturday night June 1st. Can Tom Lawlor get his revenge for the heinous attack from the CONTRA Unit back at Intimidation Games? Or will the CONTRA Unit continue to dominate the indie promotion?
