Did the longest reigning WWE champion of the modern era make a surprise return inside the squared circle?

On April 19th, Former two-time ROH World Television Champion Silas Young’s Wisconsin-based 'MKE Wrestling' show saw a masked man run in during a singles match and hit the Go To Sleep on Daryck St. Holmes, which costed the indie star a win:

The company played up the segment as Young went on social media about the success of the show and strongly implied that the former WWE champion was the man behind the mask:

Punk hasn’t stepped into a wrestling ring since the 2014 Royal Rumble; however, according to Figthful’s Sean Ross Sapp, the individual in question was indeed CM Punk and apparently, it isn’t the first time that the former WWE superstar has pulled a stunt like this:

A trusted source contacted us and said that this actually isn't the first time it's happened. Apparently Punk appeared under a hood at some point before his falling out with Colt Cabana, which would have been during the Wrestling Road Diaries 3 filming. We're told that it was dropped from the final cut after Punk and Cabana's issues developed.

CM Punk was present in the Milwaukee area at a wrestling tournament at West Allis Central High School and took a picture with Brett Danner with a similar hoodie that was sported in the MKE Wrestling video.
