Will Ospreay Ends Shingo Takagi's Undefeated Streak To Win NJPW's BOSJ 26 Tournament

Chaos reigns, as Will Ospreay becomes this year's Best of the Super Juniors tournament winner, and ends Shingo Takagi's 72 match undefeated streak in the process.

The bout itself was one for the ages, with Will and "The Dragon" trading devastatingly stiff shots all the way through. As we reached the 30 minute mark, (almost) every finisher in both men's playbooks had been exhausted and Takagi looked to have things under control. But Ospreay simply would not quit, and battled back with a top-rope Os-Cutter before landing his most recent finisher, The Storm-Breaker, for the pinfall victory.

After the match, Will thanked his fans and promised to put NJPW on his back and face all comers - including those from the Heavyweight Division.

Congratulations to the Dragon Slayer.
