Trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble trouble!

It was pretty much a given that former Impact Wrestling star Ethan Carter III would return to WWE eventually after parting ways with TNA, but the talented grappler didn't go straight to the main roster as most of us expected he would, and instead signed (well, technically resigned) with NXT.

During the typically excellent Takeover PPV tonight, EC3 was spotted in the crowd, and Mauro Ranallo confirmed that he is indeed a new signing for the yellow brand.

Carter previously competed in WWE as Derrick Bateman, but never really made much of an impact, so it'll be very interesting to see how he's utilized now that he's made such a big name for himself with a rival company.
