Is Rusev going to Impact Wrestling?

The question surrounding the former WWE United States Champion started when Impact aired an advertisement for Slammiversary next month, which strongly teased Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson, Mike and Maria Kanellis, Eric Young, EC3, and Drake Maverick showing up to the pay-per-view. A Bulgarian flag was also shown in the video, signifying that Rusev could make his way over to the company as well.

The former WWE superstar has been quiet over the situation until now, as Rusev addressed possibly making the jump over to Impact Wrestling. Unfortunately, the 34-year-old doesn’t give a decisive answer, which could fuel the fire for Rusev showing up at the pay-per-view even more:

There’s still no word on who could show up at the event on July 18. As previously mentioned, Drake Maverick re-signed with NXT, so it’s a guarantee that he won't be making his return to Impact. Doc Gallows, Karl Anderson, and Mike Bennett have all teased going to New Japan Pro-Wrestling. EC3 strongly hinted at making a return to the company, but the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion also teased joining AEW as well.
