Last week, it was reported by Mike Johnson of PWInsider that Impact officials were still planning to feature the Rebellion pay-per-view in some type of way and now, Impact Wresting confirms that the scrapped events on April 19th will be a two-part television special.

On April 21 and April 28, the promotion will host the special pay-per-view in a closed arena with the featured matches that were originally set to take place on the pay-per-view card. Thus far, four matches have been confirmed for the event, as Ace Austin will defend the X-Division Championship against Willie Mack, Jordynne Grace and Taya Valkyrie will fight in a Full Metal Mayhem match, Sami Callihan will take on Ken Shamrock, and Tessa Blanchard is set to defend the Impact World title against Michael Elgin and Eddie Edwards.

The company reportedly taped their latest shows this past weekend in Nashville, Tennessee at Skyline Studios. There was speculation that Tessa Blanchard wouldn’t compete during the latest set of tapings due to the coronavirus; however, officials are still advertising the Three-Way match, but anything can change between now and April 21.

Rebellion will air for free on AXS TV and Twitch in the U.S. and Fight Network in Canada, along with international IMPACT! broadcast partners.
