Taya’s long Impact Knockouts title reign continues.
Coming in, the longest-reigning champion had the disadvantage due to suffering big losses to both women over the last couple of weeks. However, Valkyrie is a cunning opportunist, who’s lengthy run with the belt speaks for itself. As expected, the match-up was a hard hitting fight between the three women, all of which had their moments to shine.
Jordynne ended up hitting ODB with her finisher, the Grace Driver. The Challenger went for the pin, but John E Bravo distracted the Nevada native. This gave Valkyrie the opportunity to sneak into the ring and steal the pin as Bravo made sure to keep the 23-year-old from breaking up the count.
Taya Valkyrie escaped Hard To Kill as the Impact Knockouts Champion; however, will the 36-year-old move onto a new set of challengers? Or will Jordynne Grace get another chance to dethrone the queen of the knockouts division?
