Kurt Angle had the crowd in stitches with his antics at the Hall of Fame induction ceremony this past weekend, and the legendary grappler has now been announced as the new General manager of Monday Night Raw following Mick Foley's firing last week.

Chairman Vince McMahon came to the ring himself to make the announcement, before Angle joined him after some Teddy Long shenanigans and said a few words. From the looks of things, the Olympic Gold Medalist is going to be injecting a lot of humor into the role, should please fans of his hilarious antics back in the day. Of course, it'd also be nice if he eventually got back in the ring and damaged some ankles!

Keep an eye on TRR for all updates relating to the new GM, and tonight's crazy Raw after Mania.
