According to PW Insider, Rey Mysterio is expected to be back by early July. That was the word coming out of last night's Stomping Grounds PPV anyway and, for what it's worth, it's said that his return is being pencilled in for the July 8th edition of RAW in Newark, New Jersey.

Mysterio still needs to be cleared and he's been out of action since the Money in the Bank PPV due to a separated an acromioclavicular joint in his shoulder.

It was bad enough that Mysterio was forced to vacate the United States Championship but he isn't staying at home because he actually made a surprise, non-wrestling appearance at a WWE Live event in his hometown of San Diego for a brief confrontation with Samoa Joe.

We obviously wish Rey a speedy recovery as RAW will definitely benefit from his return!
