Before making his return to Smackdown Live this past Tuesday, R-Truth hasn't been in the ring for most of 2018 except the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale. His last match was reportedly in August 2017 as the former United States champion was suffering from a shoulder injury.

WWE.com has published a new article noting that Truth had been dealing with a shoulder injury for nearly a year. Below is a graphic photo of the bone that was removed from Truth’s shoulder:
