Orange Cassidy Defeats Jimmy Havoc On DYNAMITE To Win His First Match In ALL ELITE WRESTLING

Orange Cassidy is one of the most over wrestlers on the AEW roster, but up until last night he'd never actually won a match. Well, the Freshly Squeezed One now owns a victory over the dangerous Jimmy Havoc.

Orange Cassidy can finally chalk one up in the W column.

The mega-popular wrestler has mostly been utilized as the comedic sidekick of the Best Friends, but he did showcase what he could do in the ring during his match with PAC at AEW: Revolution. This week on Dynamite, he got another chance to show off his skills when he faced off against the vicious and violent Jimmy Havoc.

The brutal Brit did dominate most of the match, kicking the crap out of Orange and applying some very painful looking submission holds. However, The Freshly Squeezed One managed to take advantage of an inadvertent distraction from Penelope Ford and roll Havoc up for the 3-count.

Jimmy then made Cassidy pay with a devastating looking cradle DDT, and Kip Sabian got involved before the duo were chased off by Trent and Chuckie T. Next week, The Best Friends will face Sabian and Havoc in a tag-team match with Cassidy and Ford in their respective corners.

Is this the start of a winning streak for the King of Sloth Style? Comedy gimmicks can be difficult to get over, but he has proven that he can also get it down in the ring, so who knows.
