Erick Stevens will say goodbye to the professional wrestling world on April 5.
Initially, the 37-year-old retired from the sport back in 2010; however, the Florida native came back for a year to finish off his career the way wants to. In his return, the indie veteran fought in Major League Wrestling and saw some success during his brief tenure with the promotion.
However, Stevens biggest achievement was winning the BLP Heavyweight Championship in Black Label Pro. Stevens final match will take place at Beyond Wrestling’s “Big Balls” show on April 5. Prior to his return to the business, Stevens was notable for his time in Ring of Honor during the company’s early years.
While Stevens never won any titles during his stint with the promotion, the long-time veteran feuded with future stars such as Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, Necro Butcher, and Eddie Edwards. He also competed in Full Impact Pro, Alliance Wrestling Force, and No Name Wrestling.
