Major League Wrestling has decided to part ways with Sammy Guevara, according to PWInsider.

Guevara made his debut in the promotion back in December 2017, successfully gaining the victory over Jason Cade. The former MLW star continued to make appearances until his match with Fred Yehi back in June 2018. MLW officials were reportedly frustrated with the way Guevara handled himself during the match as they believed he went into business for himself.

Guevara wasn’t used since that moment, but the company opted to bring him back for the huge SUPERFIGHT event that’s set to take place this Saturday; however, Guevara double-booked himself on several MLW dates including SUPERFIGHT.

Management felt that there was no way to be consistent with how he would be used going forward, so the decision was made for him to part ways with the company.
