Just when the IWGP Junior Heavyweight title match at the ROH-NJPW G1 Supercard couldn’t get any better than Taiji Ishimori vs. Dragon Lee, Bandido has now been added to the mix.

After successfully defending his title against Jushin "Thunder" Liger at the 47th Anniversary event, Ishimori issued an open challenge to anyone for the big WrestleMania weekend event. CMLL star Dragon Lee answered immediately and the singles bout was made official.

Then ROH newcomer Bandido challenged both Taiji Ishimori and Dragon Lee, asking to be added to the championship match at the ROH-NJPW G1 Supercard show. Bandido stated there needs an ROH representative in the match. Ishimori represents NJPW while Lee represents CMLL.

The updated card for G1 Supercard is as follows:

IWGP Heavyweight Championship Match
Jay White (c) vs. TBD (New Japan Cup Winner)

IWGP Tag Team & ROH World Tag Team Championship Match
Guerrillas of Destiny (c) vs. The Briscoes (c) – If the Briscoes can retain their Tag Team gold against PCO and Brody King at the 17th Anniversary show.
