The Hot Mess, Chelsea Green, just made her Ring of Honor debut at the Best in the World PPV.

It's believed that her 90-day non-compete is set to expire tomorrow, so we're unsure what led to this early arrival; however, Green did seemingly part ways with the company with few hard feelings and she wasn't wrestling at the show. Instead, she came out after Maria Bennett-Kanellis confirmed her as the final entrant for the upcoming Women's Championship Tournament.

She kicked things off by saying "This is what freedom looks like!" before explaining that she hasn't been cleared yet due to her broken arm (which Green has been rehabbing in the WWE Performance Center). However, she should be ready to wrestle soon and will battle Mandy Leon in the first round.

According to Fightful Select, Green secured her deal over a month ago and did get permission from WWE to appear at Best in the World just before that non-compete expires.  It sounds like she'll be working commentary at upcoming Ring of Honor tapings, though it doesn't sound like she has a long-term deal (Green has talked about wanting to compete in various companies like Cody Rhodes).
