Two years ago, Vince McMahon managed to convince Brock Lesnar to sign another two-year contract with WWE and it was widely speculated at the time that that would mark his final run with the company. Last time, The Beast landed a good deal with WWE by making it clear he would be open to returning to UFC but it sounds like he'll be returning there this year regardless.

According to Dave Meltzer, Lesnar's WWE contract does indeed end after WrestleMania on April 8th and while he wouldn't be free to do anything outside of the company until August, that does leave the door open to him returning to the Octagon in 2018. Lesnar wants a big money
superfight there and it's possible that long rumoured battle with Jon Jones could now become a reality.

It seems we'll just have to wait and see but it's going to be very interesting seeing what comes next for Lesnar and whether he chooses to remain in WWE or make a place in UFC instead.
