Last night, we got word that the jury had come out in favor of CM Punk and Colt Cabana, and that the pair wouldn't have to fork over a penny in damages to WWE's Doctor Chris Amann. Now, Punk has given his first interview since the verdict.

Speaking to WrestleZone.com's Nick Hausman, the one-time "Best in the World" said he was glad common sense prevailed, and that the victory was a "gigantic weight lifted off my shoulders." Punk also said that he was happy for his friend Cabana who was "dragged into this for silly reasons."

As for whether we can expect to see the former WWE Champion return to the ring for the All In Event, Punk is still maintaining that he's not a part of it, responding to the query with a blunt, "I'm not".

What do you guys think? Is Punk just trying to pull the wool over our eyes, or is any chatter about him showing up for All In purely wishful thinking?
