Keith Lee is still the NXT North American Champion after retaining the gold against Johnny Gargano in the first of three title matches at TakeOver: In Your House.

Despite Lee's obvious physical advantages over his smaller opponent, Gargano was confident heading into the match as he believed he'd found the "key" to defeating The Limitless One (that being a literal key to the eye). Johnny was able to take Keith off his game with a mixture of shady tactics and technical expertise, but in the end, Lee's raw power proved to be too much to overcome.

Once Mia Yim arrived to stop Candice LeRae causing a distraction, Lee was able to hit a pair of devastating Spirit Bombs and the Big Bang Catastrophe to pin Johnny Wrestling and retain the title.

This was a very entertaining match all things considered, but we're really not sure heel Gargano is working. It's true that the guy has done all he can as a babyface, but he's just not believable as a bad guy - especially going up against an opponent twice his size.

What do you guys make of this match? Let us know in the usual place.
