Here's an announcement that should make old-school WWE fans very happy! Twenty-five years after the first In Your House show aired, the event is coming back under the NXT banner.

Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Road Dogg made the announcement during this week's episode of the black and gold brand: NXT TakeOver: In Your House will take place at Full Sail University Sunday, June 7, and stream live on the WWE Network.

No matches have been announced for the event yet, but several NXT - and WWE - Superstars took to Twitter after the news broke to express interest in being a part of the show.

The first In Your House took place on May 14, 1995, beginning a new WWE pay-per-view tradition. What will be in store when NXT puts its own spin on the iconic event?
