A few weeks ago on NXT, an x-ray of Lars Sullivan's jaw was shown up on the screen and we were informed that he suffered the injury during his match against Aleister Black at the NXT TakeOver: Chicago II PPV.

Sullivan has been off TV since, but it turns out his injury may not be legit.

According to the usually reliable Dave Meltzer, the whole thing is a work. The belief is that the Injury angle was implemented in order to make Sullivan look strong in his losing effort to Black, and the plan is to keep him off television for the next while to sell the jaw fracture as a shoot injury.
