In one of the most anticipated matches of the night, Ken Shamrock made his in-ring return to face Moose.
Throughout the last several weeks, the rivalry between Moose and the first NWA World Heavyweight Champion became so heated to the point where both men were looking to destroy each other.
The match-up showcased flashes of what made Shamrock great back in his WWF days; however, Moose tried to take several short cuts through the match. At one point, Moose’s cheating backfired and the former WWF Intercontinental Champion had him in his signature ankle lock maneuver.
In the end though, Moose somersaulted into the corner, which sent Shamrock crashing into the turnbuckle that was exposed earlier in the match. Moose then hit a vicious spear on Shamrock and got the three count.
