Two big championship matches are confirmed for next week.

Last week, Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz beat former X-Division Champion TJ Perkins and Fallah Bahh for another opportunity to face The North (Josh Alexander and Ethan Page) for the Impact World Tag Team titles. It was confirmed that the duo will get their shot at the belts on next week’s episode.

The North has fought The Rascalz for the belts three times thus far (twice with Trey Miguel and once with Dezmond Xavier), has Wentz and Xavier finally figured out how to beat the longest reigning champions in history? Or will Alexander and Page continue their lengthy reign by getting the best of the duo once again?

In the second confirmed title match-up, Moose will defend the TNA World Heavyweight Championship against Hernandez. The self-proclaimed TNA World Heavyweight Champion tried to convince Ace Austin to challenge for his belt, but the TNA veteran stepped up to fight the 36-year-old instead.

When re-introducing the previously defunct belt, Moose beat both Michael Elgin and Hernandez to “win” the TNA World Heavyweight title. Moose has successfully defended the belt against Suicide thus far; however, the title still isn’t recognized as an official championship by Impact Wrestling officials.
