The Rock Appears, Roman Reigns Beats Solo Sikoa in Tribal Combat on WWE Raw Netflix Premiere

Is The Bloodline Civil War storyline over after what happened during the Tribal Combat match on WWE Raw with Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa and The Rock?

The WWE Monday Night Raw premiere on Netflix in the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California kicked off with a video package and promos from Triple H and The Rock hyping up this new partnership between WWE and Netflix.

Interestingly, part of The Rock's promo involved him shouting out Cody Rhodes, who was sitting ringside. Despite how The Rock had previously indicated he and The American Nightmare would battle it out at some point, Dwayne Johnson was nothing but celebratory and congratulatory toward the undisputed WWE champion, saying he's carried the company on his back for the past year. He also then ushered in the first match of the show with Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat fight for the ula fala and the right to call themselves Tribal Chief.

During that match, The Original Tribal Chief (Roman Reigns) ended up facing a dangeorus numbers game as Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga interfered, nearly taking him out and giving Solo Sikoa the edge to win. However, Reigns had his own backup as Jimmy Uso and Sami Zayn came out to help even the odds.

That was when another twist happened as Kevin Owens, who has long had issues with The Bloodline in all its forms, also interfered and hit a stunner on Reigns. This was also almost the end of the match, but Cody Rhodes then came out to once again even the score, going after his opponent at Royal Rumble coming up, as he and Owens will have a ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Championship in a few weeks.

Eventually, Reigns was able to duck a Samoan Spike (after missing a Superman Punch) and managed to hit two spears for the win.

After the match, as previously indicated, Paul Heyman was ready to award the ula fala to Roman Reigns, but The Rock came out once again. He took over those duties in a way that might have upset Heyman, unless their intention was to just go with Heyman being skeptical of what The Rock was going to do. The Rock not only bestowed the ula fala onto Roman Reigns, but offered him a handshake and a hug as well, possibly indicating that there is no bad blood between The Rock and Cody Rhodes OR Roman Reigns, which would rule out the two big stories that he has left to do.

What do you think? Is this the end of this story, or just another twist? Drop your thoughts in the comments below!
