As expected, Lance Archer defeated Colt Cabana on AEW Dynamite to advance to the semifinals of the TNT Championship Tournament.

Ol' Boom Boom didn't go down without a fight, and even scored a near-fall on his much larger opponent. But while this may not have been the squash some figured it might, The Muderhawk Monster did dominate most of the bout, and ultimately finished Cabana off with a devastating Blackout.

Archer will now go on to the semis to face the winner of next week's match between Dustin Rhodes and Kip Sabien, and if he wins - which he will - you have to believe we will ultimately see him square off against Cody in the finals.

Which one will become the first ever TNT Champion? Honestly, as munch as Archer is being built up as an unstoppable monster, our money's on The American Nightmare.
