First Jon Moxley, now its possible that Fenix may be forced off of AEW’s All Out next week.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the AAA World Tag Team Champion suffered an injury when wrestling Juventud Guerrera and Teddy Hart last night at a Big Time Wrestling event (transcript courtesy of wrestletalk.com):

“Fenix superkicked Hart and then picked up Guerrera, and collapsed and grabbed his leg. He rolled out of the ring and waved for help from the back. Fenix was brought to the back. In the ring, in what was clearly an audible, Guerrera immediately pinned Pentagon, who rushed to the back to check on his brother.”

Based on the news of Fenix’s injury, speculation spread like wildfire that the 28-year-old broke his leg; however, Meltzer clarified that while Fenix is definitely injured, he does not have a broken leg:

“Early reports that he was seriously injured and may have broken his leg were premature. He was walking on the leg, but it was weak.”

Fenix and Pentagon Jr. are scheduled to fight The Young Bucks in a ladder match for the AAA World Tag Team Championships. We’ll keep you updated on the status of Fenix when news breaks.
