It's been revealed today that IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley is currently working through an injury. He's been wrestling a lot in recent months and has been in some heavy hitting matches, particularly in the recent G1 Climax tournament.

Dave Meltzer notes in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that "Moxley has some kind of an elbow injury. It may be an infection that he got in Japan." His latest match was for Northeast Wrestling over the weekend where he squared off with Pentagon Jr. in a bout which reportedly saw him avoid taking bumps on his elbow.

Moxley has had elbow issues for a while and the hope is that this won't affect his match with Kenny Omega at All Out.

It would be a disaster for All Elite Wrestling if Moxley can't compete regularly on their weekly show so fingers crossed this is nothing serious. We'll keep you updated.
