Jon Moxley vs. Kenny Omega will no longer happen at All Out; however, former WWE Crusierweight Champion PAC will finally make his debut for the promotion and fight the former IWGP Heavyweight Champion next weekend.

It was reported earlier this week that Moxley had suffered an elbow injury that could end up being serious and the IWGP US Champion confirmed the news by stating that he’ll need surgery. Moxley ultimately pulled out of his match against Kenny Omega on August 31st

Rhodes would chime in and wish Moxley well, and then confirmed that PAC would take his place and face Kenny Omega instead. This will be the first time PAC and Omega will clash against one another one-on-one.

Despite being pulled from his match against Adam Page at Double or Nothing, AEW has consistently stated that they were on good terms with the former WWE superstar and hoped to see him in the AEW ring someday.

The reported reasoning behind PAC being pulled from DoN was due to Dragon Gate not wanting their top champion to lose matches; however, the former WWE superstar would finally drop the Open The Dream Gate titile to Ben-K at the Kobe Pro Wrestling Festival on July 21st.
