The former TNA/IMPACT Wrestling star made his official in-ring debut this past weekend in Ocala, Florida against Fabian Aichner, a match he would ultimately lose in the end.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Samuel Shaw’s past work, the former Gut Check winner worked for TNA back in 2010 to 2015. His character was similar to Patrick Bateman of American Psycho.

Shaw definitely had a unique gimmick that wasn’t used to the fullest as the company didn’t do much with him once his story with Christy Hemme was done. There’s no telling on whether Shaw will be working the same gimmick in WWE since the American Psycho character isn’t exactly PG friendly.

Shaw was revealed as part of a recent class of Performance Center recruits last month, that also included the likes of ACH – who’s now going by his real name Albert Hardie - and Trevor Lee.
